If your Windows is up to date, Business Administrator takes less than 10 minutes to set up.

When it’s set up, it won’t have any data in it: you’ll have to provide that! Why not start with Contact Manager, and enter a few contacts? And, if you do, don’t forget to select a contact to see the information feedback working on the right hand side.

Trial or buy

Business Administrator costs only £250 for one annual licence (you’ll probably need enough licences for about a third of your staff count when you’re ready to go).

Alternatively, you could have what we call an AdBoard licence: these are free, but they have advertising on – Business Administrator does have to be paid for! But the ads are checked to ensure they are appropriate to work with people who are working.

With an AdBoard licence, there is no commitment to buy: you buy when you feel like it. Conversely, you don’t have to renew full licences: Business Administrator just switches to AdBoard licences. It’s all your call!
