Windows 2000 users...
You will almost certainly need to install Microsofts .Net Framework.
Get .NET Framework (21Mb) from here, or it can be downloaded from Microsoft

Download the software to a directory on your computer.
Run Windows Update from your Start menu – restart your computer if necessary.
Install the .Net framework if necessary – and restart if necessary.
Install Business Administrator.
When the installer starts, choose the button "Install from the Internet", and allow it to download files as it chooses.

Notes…

If you have installed Business Administrator before, you should not install it from here again: it’s likely to be incompatible with the database you have.

You should not destroy the database: it is your business records, and you ought to choose a version of Business Administrator that is compatible with your database.

You should find a compatible version of Business Administrator alongside the database. When Business Administrator installs or upgrades, it saves a copy of the installation files alongside the database. The purpose of this is to allow satellites to upgrade, but it is a compatible version.

Use this version instead of downloading from here, then allow Business Administrator to upgrade.
